Our bikes need to perform at the highest level.

Our bikes have won races against the very best in both road racing and time trial. Our BF_100 Race Bike on the cobbles of Belgium in the Junior Kuurne Brussels Kuurne.  The BF_55 Time Trial bike has won the 2014 National RTTC Team Time Trial and piloted athletes through half and full Ironman distance races.

We were proud to support Haribo Beacon Elite UK Racing Team in 2014, alongside Haribo, the global confectionary brand.  Our team had a huge depth of talent and included, London 2012 Team Pursuit Olympic Champion Steven Burke, Pete Williams winner of the 2012 Tour of Britain Sprints Jersey and James Shaw, one of the team's incredibly talented juniors.  James has now gone on to secure a place in Team Lotto Belisol U23 Squad.  The flagship BF_100 was riden by each Haribo Beacon rider.

At Beacon we work closely with a number of world class motorsport drivers and teams who use cycling as part of their overall fitness programmes, including:

M-Sport World Rally Team

Bentley Team M-Sport Sports Car Racing Team

Guy Smith -  Bentley Sports Car Driver - Winner of Le Mans 2003

Matthew Wilson - World Rally Championship Driver, Ford Fiesta WRC

Daniel Barritt - World Rally Championship Navigator

Scott Martin - Team Peugeot Sport European Rally Championship Navigator

Craig Breen - Team Peugeot Sport European Rally Championship Driver

Beacon also supports Professor Greg Whyte OBE (Professor of Endurance Sport) a familiar face on the TV.  Beacon were approached by Sport Relief for the 2014 Davina - Beyond Breaking Point Challange.  You may have seen the footage of Davina McCall taking on everything the British winter could throw at her whilst riding her Campagnolo Chorus equipped Red/White BF_80.  In 2016 we are supporting Radio 1 DJ - Greg James - as he takes on his five day Gregathlon riding a Beacon BF_22.

Beacon has also become the Official Bike Supplier to British Triathlon.  Three GB Triathletes from the World Class Programme raced our bikes in the 2014 World Triathlon Series. Lois Rosindale, Gordon Benson and Sian Rainsley. In 2015 Adam Bowden and Jess Learmonth both GB World Class Programme Triathletes will be riding Beacon, alongside Matt Sharp.

It's safe to say that Beacon will have a big presence on the ITU scene as our athletes prepare for a massive year as the squad runs up toward the Rio Olympics. The GB Triathletes have free choice over the equipment they use.  They are not paid to ride our bikes, more GB Triathletes ride Beacon than any other bike brand.  All of our sponsored GB triathletes have found that riding Beacon has helped them go faster this year and feel more comfortable on the bike. This has come from both the performance and handling of their high performance BF_100's and BF_22's and the bike fit that Protool Cycleworks (Spike) has delivered for them.  You get the same level of expertise as these Team GB Triathletes, when you invest in a Beacon bicycle.
